Prices and billing

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time using the manage-subscription link in any issue, or by emailing info@docketdecoder.com. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the month you've already paid for.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show them.

Text message alerts

Extractor subscribers can opt in to First Mover Alerts by text message. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated alerts from DocketDecoder at the number you provide. Message frequency varies, usually a few messages a week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop alerts at any time, and HELP for help, or email info@docketdecoder.com. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

About the information

Everything DocketDecoder reports comes from public records, and each item links to its source. Public records can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and filings change after they're published. DocketDecoder is for information only. It is not legal, financial, investment or engineering advice. Check the original record before you rely on it for a bid, purchase or other decision.

Using the content

Your subscription is for you and your own business. You may not resell, republish or redistribute issues, alerts or reports, or share your account, without written permission. The underlying public records belong to the public; DocketDecoder's selection, summaries and commentary belong to DocketDecoder.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, DocketDecoder is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost bids, arising from your use of the service. DocketDecoder's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

Ending access

DocketDecoder may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, for example by redistributing content. If DocketDecoder ends a subscription without cause, you'll get a prorated refund for the unused part of the month.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
